MyAccess is a writing website that provides various student writing prompts. As students begin the writing process, they have access to a variety of pre-writing tools, including graphic organizers and printable resources to assist them in planning their responses.

Students do not need to log in for this site. They can go to multiplication.com and play games to reinforce their multiplication fluency. This is extremely important when it comes to our math in trimester 2.

Starfall provides free interactive materials and games for ages Pre-K to 2nd grade that help kids practice reading and build teir phonemic awareness.

PBS Parents website offers not only games but also printable activities such as coloring pages. These resources attract and engage young students because they feature popular PBS Characters

ABCya focuses heavily on building math, reading, and writing skills, but it also covers some additional topics as well as holiday themes. All of the games and apps were approved by certified teachers.

Game Classroom has complied games, lessons, videos, and worksheets from a variety of reputable sites. The site also offers helpful articles and newsletters to keep parents informed.

Funbrain is focused on improving math and reading skills for grade K-8. Funbrain features books and comics as well as arcades filled with interactive games.

The brainteaser games and audio stories featured on Light Up Your Brain help students hone their problem-solving, reading, color-matching, math, and fine motor skills. For example, your child can test his or her understanding of physics in "Successful Experiment" by using different-sized balls to move an object to a designated spot.
